Make the default mojomojo theme more professional by dropping the shrunken-head and related images from the default theme.

Can we put the option to use Markdown vs. Textile somewhere in the admin config interface? I think that would save a lot of headaches. Either that, or in mojomojo.conf
Like MediaWiki, when page A redirect to page B, page B should display that is was redirected from page A, so that the user can go to page A and edit the redirect.
The current workaround is to add '.edit' to the URL of page A.
